OVERVIEW

Over the last 25 years, our team leaders have managed a number of very successful
master planned community projects from inception to completion.

Here’s a summary.

We have:

  • transformed well over 750 hectares of low lying, often badly degraded land, into thriving, award winning communities which now house more than 13,000 residents;
  • designed and constructed over 100 hectares of man-made lakes and watercourses;
  • constructed 4 golf courses;
  • created well over 5,000 homesites;
  • built approximately 200 homes;
  • built numerous bars, bistros, function centres, gyms, shops and a host of other community facilities;
  • marketed and sold over AUD $1 Billion of real estate; and
  • received numerous National and State peer group awards for excellence.
